The VIS screen can be toggled between Normal and Full Screen mode via this menu choice or the F12 shortcut key.
The components of the screen that are displayed in Normal and Full Screen mode are set in the Edit->Setup->Screen dialog box. If you wish to have VIS start in full screen mode, you must specifically set the appropriate option in the same setup box.
