The NetCam system consists of traditional analog CCD video cameras attached to a computer controlled video switch. The video switch switches between the cameras at speeds up to 15 times per second, while the NetCam server processes each frame of video. In addition to video processing, the server provides for a WWW interface to allow any WWW client with the appropriate access to view the video data. | ||
