NetCam Server

NetCam Server Next screen...	The heart of the NetCam system is the video and WWW server. This PC controls a video switch, switching between all available camera inputs 15 times per second. Every video frame is digitized and analyzed. If differences are detected the video is compressed and stored. The WWW server provides the interface to the archived video data, accepting requests and formatting the output as shown on the following pages.
	At the left is a simulation of the video server in action. The upper left window shows each video frame as it is processed, the other windows depict each separate camera view. (Note: the image at the left is a 150K animated GIF file, if your browser does not support animated GIFs then you will not see the simulation in action...)
