You can interact with VIS through the keyboard, the toolbar, and the menus. As you gain experience using VIS, you will find using the keyboard to be the easiest and most efficient way to be productive and keep the student's attention focused on your feedback and instruction.
It is recommended that you learn the basic keyboard modes and then add on functions that you use frequently. By learning shortcut keys as required, before long you should be able to run VIS with just video images on the screen and without displaying the menus and toolbars - making you more productive and offering fewer distractions to your students.
