Video Capture Board

A video capture board is required to load video into the computer. These devices vary widely in capability and price. Any board providing a Microsoft® Video for Windows driver should work. You'll want a board that can capture at least images of at least 340x240 at a frame rate of 30 frames per second.
The ATI All-in-Wonder or All-in-Wonder Pro video capture boards are recommended because they have the capability for video overlay, video capture, a television tuner, VGA output, and NTSC (TV) output.
Additional information on configuring and troubleshooting various video capture devices is given in the video capture appendix.
