Online sign-up is required.
Signing up holds a spot for you, helps us get people signed in quicker, and helps the course know how many tee times we will be using.
If you are having problems signing up,
text 865-384-2813 with your name, email and the day you want to sign up for.
In the event that we have too many players for a given day, the signup list will be used to prioritize participation.
You must check-in at least 30 minutes prior to the start (or prior to your tee time if posted) or you will give up your spot.
A minimum of 6 players are required to run an event. If there are less than 6 signed up 24 hrs prior to the start of the event the event will be canceled.
The signup list is used to adjust the number of tee times we have.
If we have a waitlist several days prior, we'll try to get more times.
On noon the day before if we aren't using all of our times, we'll reduce capacity.
